1. About These Terms

By placing an order with Agile Wear, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before purchasing.

2. Products & Custom Printing

All items sold by Agile Wear are printed to order. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once printing has begun.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices can be viewed in USD, EUR, AED, CHF, or GBP, and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of order; Stripe supports all major credit and debit cards. We do not currently offer PayPal as a payment option. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailability of materials.

4. Shipping

We currently ship to the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Oman, and European countries. For larger orders to other destinations, please contact us via WhatsApp +971 5855 73664 as we consider these on a case-by-case basis. See our Shipping Information page for delivery timeframes. Agile Wear is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been dispatched.

5. Returns & Refunds

See our Refund Policy for full details. In short: because items are custom-printed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 3 days of delivery.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, and content on this site are the property of Agile Wear and may not be reproduced or used without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Agile Wear is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or this website.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
